My Gear Works is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not try to disrupt or overload it, do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not use automated tools to copy the site wholesale.
No warranty
The tools and information are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We test carefully, but results depend on your device, browser and input. Device tests report what your browser can observe; a browser cannot see every hardware fault, and a passing test does not guarantee that another app is configured correctly. Check anything important — dates, calculations, generated codes, file results — before you rely on it.
Your content
Files and text you use with the tools stay on your device and remain yours. We claim no rights over them.
Our content and software
The site’s text, design and code are owned by Xinglin Banma Technology except for open-source components, which are used under their own licences (see credits).
